Could someone give me a general explanation of the requirements for the "new" level 8? I've seen the links to the requirements but they tend to confuse me a little. And if there's anything else I should know about it, feel free to add it.

In my teammate's floor routine she has one arm up by her head and one straight out in front of her and her legs are sort of in a lunge but all of her weight is on her back foot and she twists her hands twice and on the second time she bends her back knee (sorry for the complicated explanation...
I meant that my shoulders and more upper back are flexible and sometimes I freak out and completely turn out of the skill before my foot touches the beam and when I turn out it hurts my lower back.
