I would say if you get most of the skills you're working on then move to platinum, if you can do them consistently with good form then you're ready and they'll get better as the season goes on, but if it feels like there are too many and you're pushing too close to the season then I would stay...
When I was first training free hips into a kip I did lots of v-ups to help with core strength and hip flexors, she should try holding hollow body holds while putting her grips on to also help with abs, training basic kip drills can also help, even with a good kip doing kip drills will help...
I am looking to add bonus to my bar routine, although I could do a free hip handstand mine are very weak and I'd like to look for something better. I know I could do a stalder or toe up to handstand but are there any options that are similar besides those 3? Thanks!
