Agree with it. I do not support my DD pratice route at home, just support her to practice basic gymnastics foundation as like line jump, pull-ups, handstand on the wall (better can hold 30 sec) whatever, It will be help her gymnastics to improve.

My question is can I put vedio of my DD vault, beam, bars and floors whatever, can anyone of your gymnastics experience to get feedback to improve her skills score? I am not sure which Chalkbucket or FB can allow put vedio? Thanks...

it is so interesting. I do not know vault has to measure of the springs. My DD has the problem with vault score and I did not ask her about numbers of the springs. I will review with my DD. Again, thanks for sharing.

She is 10 years old in level 5 right now, She should up to level 6 or 7 this year because last year Covid 19 slip one year.

Thanks for the beedback. My gymnast attend different college summer high perforance camping each year. She is very very motived to join university gymnastics team. That is why, I need to consider about a gymnast school includes support good techniqure and good coach.
