    Region 1 may be one of the toughest to qualify through, but they do amazing swag! Here’s a picture of what they got at Regionals - the warmups, practice leo and competition Leo are picked up at Nationals.

    I have to do some mental gymnastics myself - e.g. find ways to anticipate anything negative that could happen and think how this could be a positive. For instance- if she has a bad meet that will help her learn that she's not just valuable because of her performance, will learn to be a good...

    Does anyone know a source that shows possible skills that a level 10 could compete at Nationals to have named after the gymnast? A few years ago I saw a book that showed examples of possible skills, but of course can't find it now. There are a group of 10s at our gym that would love to have a go...

    Maybe $15,o00 per year? I just did the math and with monthly fees, routines, leos, travel to meets across the country, hotels, coaches travel and per diem, session fees, camps, etc. it was scarily close to that (guess I shouldn't have done the math....)

    I don't know the percentage but if you look at the college commitment lists for the next four years on Collegegymfans it notes whether each girl is elite or level 10. Some of the schools are mainly elite recruits while other schools have none at all...

    You can also book multiple flights with southwest to lock in a good rate and then cancel the ones you don't use -as long as you don't mind getting the credit back in points to use later. It's much easier to do this is you book one way flights.
