    Mainly if you have one you should ice it and wrap it. If it gets worse see a doctor. It should heal on its own if you don't push yourself to where it hurts, so if the pain isn't terrible you can probably practice it as long as you ice it and maybe do heat once in a while if it feels stiff.

    I sweep them down and then cross them across my chest, but everyone else at the gym throw them up and hold them by their armpits. My coach says up is easier, but I tried and I can't get it when I do that.
