Exactly!! There is a coach at the gym I work for that sits and barks orders. No spotting at all! It really irritates me. I'm drenched in sweat struggling and he's drinking his Dr. Pepper.

Any other coaches out there who are constantly sore? There isn't a day that goes by (besides holidays) that I'm not sore from spotting my girls!!

I've been drilling, spotting almost everything I can think to do to help my l4's connecting their cast out of their kip. They look amazing when I spot over and over and over. Once they are on their....ew! Help! Maybe it's fear but we've done handstands and had them bail over the bar.

At what point do you coaches tell your 10 year old gymnast that they will be scratched from competing?

Yes we pick the order. Randomly would be great for instances like this.
