Hitting Coaches
I feel so bad when that happens!! one time at a competition my coach was standing in to spot my backhand spring on beam when i was competing and on my way up i smacked him in the face and almost broke his glasses ,the judges started to laugh and it was really awkward:)- kiki_gymnast:)

Has anyone ever been to Bella Karolyi's gymnastics camp? is it a good camp?
Hi everyone, I was just wondering If anyone here has been to Bella Karolyi's gymnastics camp? I was wondering how it is and If I should go to it. Any thoughts would be helpful:) Thanks!- kiki_gymnast:)
