    Standing back tuck before RO-BHS-Back tuck?

    We learned them together. Standing tumbling is a whole different animal than tumbling passes. It's not really like you can learn one, and then learn the other by building off that.

    Hehe, I'd have to agree with the round off straddle jumps. I don't think they serve any sort of purpose, and they're just awkward looking. As for what I'd like to see more of, I'd like to see more creativity. I always like when I see someone pull something new, exciting, and unexpected out.

    The answer may be something as simple as working on your arm strength.If your arms are bent even when just doing a regular handstand, then work on doing push ups.
