    Fear of falling from beam

    i am a level 7 now and i fall so much! i have gotten used to it by now and just get back up and try again. i do my routine 24/7 and i think it's helped me. when i was a level 4 we would put a piece of tape down in our living room and i would practice on that. Hope this helps:)

    Hours of Practice I am a level 7, Practice 15 hous a week,4 days a week,and do 30 minutes of conditioning every practice
