    MAG Training hours and days

Please don't apologise (at least I don't think you need to) - you made a perfectly reasonable contribution to a question that's valid for both MAG and WAG parents :) We probably can't help with beam tips though....

    MAG Training hours and days

I'm British, but Josh is at Level 4 equivalent and does 4 x 3.5 hrs and 1 x 6 (or sometimes 7) on Sunday So that's not dissimilar at 20 hours a week. Don't forget that MAG have 50% more pieces to learn than WAG (Although they're usually way behind similarly aged girls on comparable skills tbf)

    Parents Presidential Classic?

Sorry, couldn't see anything in the Meets section on this. Does anyone know much about this, that they can share? I'm sending my 9yo on a 10 day transcontinental trip from the UK for this (plus some training days and some theme parks) - no parents just his team and the coaches from the gym, so...

MAG Anyone got the new British Gymnastics setwork routines?

This is early elite. The top performers get invited to GB national camps, even the 9 year olds are doing 15+ hours a week, etc etc

    Parents Um, is anyone else...

I don't think there are many kids in school who don't already know tbf. He's not above showing off in the playground 😂

MAG Anyone got the new British Gymnastics setwork routines?

Thanks for that. Interesting to see. I don't know what it's like in the US, but the National Grades are (or at least were - these new ones look a bit more testing) nowhere near the limit of their abilities. So Josh was quite happy competing cast to multiple giants on high bar, and training the...

MAG Anyone got the new British Gymnastics setwork routines?

Son competed L1 at the National Grades this year, but I now learn that BG have changed the routines for next year, so the info I do have for L2 is out of date. Anyone got any info on what the new routines are?
