    Find a caring and skilled coach. One who will see her as a person and make sure her mental and physical health is top priority because eventually you’ll find that your kid is spending more time with the coach on a daily basis than you.

    Are there any parents out there who voiced concern over coaching methods and saw change for the better for speaking up? I feel like I often hear "...but she gets good results" or "...but this is the only gym in the area" attached to a list of worrisome coaching behaviors from parents.

    Has your gym done anything in response to the Nassar case? Released a statement on safety at the gym, proposed a workshop for their athletes on speaking up to protect their well-being, or anything else? Also, I would like to know if you think they should do anything.
