    WAG Pullover help?

    Hi! I can do my back hip circle and other things on my bar routine, and I can sometimes do pullovers, but i feel like I kick over more rather than the whole chin up thing. I'm rather tall (5'4) but can't hold a chin up very well. Is there any conditioning I can do to help with my pullover? :)

    When I rip, I put Vaseline on them. It helps more than neosporin for me at least! To prevent rips while on bars, I usually tape my hands. It will hurt to rip the tape off though, so what I do is cut two equally long pieces of tape long enough to go around my hand and stick the two sticky sides...
