The point of the above was 1 hour isn't enough, 3 hours isn't quite enough, full team schedule would be too much at my age plus I need the help of a coach + there are so many gyms in the DFW area that narrowing them down without help will be...a long process.
I don't know anything about AAU, so I'll look it up just in case, but I never liked NAIGC.
I got myself to Level 8 and training 9 primarily coaching myself and with 3 hours of practice a week and since moving to the UK have gained a few new skills with an hour a week. I don't really want a full...
Oh, I know some gyms require their gymnasts to have certain skills for each level, so if anyone happens to know anything about a specific gym's requirements, that would be very useful, too. :)
Hello!
A little background: I started gymnastics in 1992 and have trained/competed consistently until 2008, Level 8. Competing has been non-existent since then, and training has been off and on (mostly off in the last couple years), as I moved to the UK to get married to a Brit.

Thanks for the options, everyone. It seems no one sells just the inserts for the tiger paws/panda paws/whatever. Has anyone here ever bought just the inserts from a UK-site?
And I wish my local gym sold stuff, but they don't. They're super tiny and not well-funded, not a proper gym.

I'm looking for y'all's conditioning lists for your pre-team to old L6/new L5 girls. In addition to in-gym conditioning, do you set home conditioning for your kids? If so, what do you assign? I'm really struggling with what exercises and what reps/sets are appropriate for the varying levels.
If...
Well... it's not really new to me since I'm American by birth and citizenship... :P I just wondered if that was something this forum allowed you to do, since most do. Apparently not. :)
I hope this hasn't already been discussed elsewhere... I did a little looking around but didn't see anything. My question is this: Is it possible to alter the way the forum displays date and time stamps? I'm used to/better able to read 24 hour time and dates formatted as dd-mm-year. I know most...
Hello,
I've been following this forum since it first started - I was a bit surprised to find I hadn't registered already and just forgotten about it. :D
Well a little about me: I'm from Texas, but I live in the UK with my husband of nearly two years. I'm 24 years old. I've been doing...
