I agree 100%. School can look different for different people. Gym made school successful for my son. Without that, I am not sure he would have been as successful at school and be where he is now. It is important to know what you need!
How long are her classes? Can you watch a class to see maybe where she is struggling? Then maybe you can go to the gym with some ideas on things that could work to help her
If she is not having the problem at school, then maybe you can talk to someone about strategies that work for her...

It will be fine. We have traveled many many times with grips and chalk, and a disgusting chalk bag. They may swab it, but they will not take her grips :)

I think so. As long as they do not touch the springboard I think they can try again. It has been a long time since my son was a L4 so I am not 100% sure if it has changed or not. But he did miss his L4 vault one time (which is L3 now) and got to go again.
My son was very fortunate to have an amazing school and district that worked with him to achieve academically and athletically. He did 1/2 day school in the morning and then trained after that. It allowed him to be home in the evening and complete work and be with family.

my son is a college gymnast and they only practice 20 hours a week. HIs whole career he did 18-20 hours a week, with some strength training added in at the end of high school.
This number of hours is a recipe for burnout and overuse injuries. Really 22.5 hours a week at his age is too many. I
