it's going well i got it about 3 weeks ago. i can finally start lowering the weights of the ankle weights now thank goodness. thanks so much. i live in the US.
i'm a level 10, i have 24-28 hours depending on how i'm doing that week.
gymnastics is life, that will never change for me:)
everything i do revolves around it.
aw that's exciting(:
i remember my first rips. like everyone has said, you don't really notice the pain because you're so excited.
but trust me, they only get worse from here! haha.
congratulations on your first rips!
well...i've always been really strong on bars, so it took me about a month to get it on low bar, plus several more months to get it down solid. long hang took me about two months, but it was more consistent in a shorter period of time.
it will definitely make your arms stronger than with regular pull ups.

gymnastics is my boyfriend. haha...just kidding.
i've tried having boyfriends when i was a bit younger and it just didn't work with 22 hours a week of gym. when i had them i was a lot less focused and i'd even skip practice just to hang out with them. then my coach sat me down because she knew...
well...i'm pretty much always at the gym. my coach and i decided to add 5 more hours a week, so i'm at 26 right now. but i just relax, hang out with friends, go to the movies/mall/gym, stretch. just do whatever(:
as a level 10, my parents would be willing to travel nearly anywhere at this point. but never as a level 4 did i have to fly anywhere...that's actually kinda weird. my parents wouldn't have done it at such a young age, because i don't think it was that serious. my parents would probably tell you...
at our gym we have a veiwing area upstairs, so the parents just watch through a window. none of the us, the older girls, really get distracted anymore, only because we've found ways to stay in the zone. and i don't think it's really a big deal for the little ones either because i don't think...
definitely pre wrap then tape it. plus your wrist bands. that's what i do, and my wrists did what yours did before i started doing all that. but don't tape it too tight because that makes it hurt even more. and if that happens, put like neosporin on it or someother kind of cream, because it can...
ahhhh i finally got my delchev! i started training it like, 2 months ago. it's been taking me awhile but i'm so glad i finally got it(: i should have started training a long time ago, because it's a d skill and i started working those awhile ago...but oh well. and now i start training piked...
