    Parents NCAA Eligilibity Questions

Our booster is running this fundraiser however I thought that prospectives were not allowed to raise money using their names even if it was for a non-profit/Charity. I can't find the guideline documentation on this. Does anyone know if this is permissible under NCAA eligibility rules? I mean how...

    Parents 1st Yurchenko

My daughter says she needs the wrist guards more for the Tsuk but never wears them when practicing the Yurchenko. I think it is the twisting motion in the Tsuk that is more bothersome. At our gym the level 8's do tsuks and the 9's do the Yurchenkos.

Wow! At Age 7 that's Awesome. My daughter is a couple years older and is just learning that now. She has not nailed the landing yet...but she says it is easier than the Tsuk so hopefully it wont be long.

DD due to compete routines she hasn't learned yet

New or old competition leos for this coming season?

I custom make the comp leos for our gym. It's a lot of work, especially setting all the stones, but the girls love that no other team will have the same Leo at meets.

Sending DD alone with coach to national tops testing

I went with my daughter the first time last year to nat'l testing as we had to stay in a hotel and commute and it was her first time away. However, she went to the camp a month later with only her coach. Parents are not allow to watch and participants stay at the camp housing (including...

TOPS testings info on USA Gymnastics site

It looks like a typo as the rest of the numbers for the 7 y/o do not make sense. It seems to be between 64 and 70 are gold level and 70 plus would be diamond level. That's the way I interpreted it.
