    Does anyone have any tips for healing and preventing rips? I am getting new grips but I wont have them for a while, and I am ripping pretty badly. I would also appreciate any advice for how to protect my rips while I am on bars. Thanks!

    Thanks, that is a drill I haven't seen yet! I tried it and I think it works pretty well for the stability aspect of a needle. And i have improved alot, really quickly!!!

    I have the same problem and have to visit my doctor because it hurts whenever I put weight on either wrist. You should probably do the same.
