    Backbend help

I try to do my backbends but every time I lean back I go too fast. I sometimes can catch myself but my coach says that I need to work on them because I could break my elbow if I go too fast. I look at my hands but it just doesn't help. Do you guys have any advise on them besides practice and...

    Balancing gymnastics and coaching

Ok. Thank you!! I don't know if I have time either because I have a busy schedule outside of gym but I do want to make room for coaching because one day I want to coach a team and not just a class.

I want to coach really badly but I don't want it to interfere with my practice schedule which I'm sure it won't because I rarely practice. Once I reach a higher level tho...

    Any opinions??

So after my brace I have had a little back pain here and there but nothing really major where I can't practice. Should I tell my coach that this is happening? It doesn't really bother me in practice but would the coach still want to know? Any opinions??

    Competition help

I would buy skin colored wrist supports because at my gym they don't deduct for that but I have known some to deduct for ones that are not skin colored.

    Here's my background

Me too. I want to do college gymnastics so bad but I don't know if I will have all my skills back in time for college. If I don't I want to be a coach. I don't want to leave this sport yet, I'm not ready!

    Here's my background

I'm 15 and I just started back up from my injury. I don't have all the skills necessary for level yet. I'm taking classes to get back my skills that I lost. I came to meets but I didn't really go into the gym other then that. It was hard enough for me to go to a meet and not compete. I couldn't...
