I agree.. Leaving to follow the old coach might be too many transitions at once for your daughter. Give her current gym a chance to pull through this and prove themselves. If the HC walked out on them I wouldn't follow. It sounds like his temper got in the way of what is best for the kids he...

I agree! My daughter has been using a tiger paw on her left wrist for 2 years. She had tendinitis her level 4 season it was terrible. Lots of PT and the tiger paw really helps. Otherwise it falls asleep on her constantly and is achy.

I wouldn't. I can't imagine you'd get stronger. In the water your buoyant. Stick too slow controlled movement outside of the water;)

I wish parents were allowed at congress it seems like a great experience. My daughter is going but I have to drop her off and she'll be with her coach all day. Maybe I should send her with some money- I didn't realize they sell products there!

We need a coach on here to clarify but my understanding is this:
Prep opt and excel programs are open to all kids. They can compete in meets but the requirements are easier than a JO program. They work out less hours and it is my understanding that they are separate programs geared toward kids...

How about strips of duct tape on the floor? It won't move like the rope and you could make a pattern that she can follow. As she progresses maybe she can then walk on the balls of her feet for more of a challenge;)
