At my gym we have a bases challenge going on where we have to go into a straddle handstand and then hold a one armed handstand on both sides for three seconds. No one seems to be able to do it, so what conditioning and drills do you think would be good for this? Thanks in advance

I saw something in another thread about left and right handedness in gym and I am right handed but I do front walkovers lunging forward with my left leg. To perform a one handed walkover , which hand should be the one to go down as my right arm is stronger but I am not sure if that's right ? Any...
How I learnt is by kicking of my sofa, then my mat folded up and then finally the floor. If you have access to a trampoline you could try kicking over on that as you will have more bounce :-)
You could do lots of back bend kick overs and back bend stand up. As well as back flexibility, you also need shoulder flexibility so you could work on my that?
I go to an acrobatic club and the conditioning we do seems to be general body conditioning instead of more gymnastics style conditioning . As a base, what would be a good conditioning for me to follow at home to improve as I only train twice a week. I would really appreciate any feedback :-)
