    WAG A new anxiety I wasn't prepared for...

    Years ago a new gym parent called the host gym to ask about the upcoming meet schedule:eek: Coaches and owners were not pleased. Don't do that!!!!

    What if instead count up stuck landings, made routines, etc and the coaches would have do conditioning with team on Saturday. Or shoot for a certain total number for that day and take away 15 minutes of conditioning and play a game

    I also recommend Newport Aquarium. It is very close to venue and where you will stay. Check out the Northern Ky tank shuttle for transportation....it is pretty cheap and can take you into downtown Cincinnati. Hoffbrau house would be a fun place to eat....they have German band and is kid...

    WAG Please share Severs success stories

    PT ice stretches. She also took Oscon a supplement that is supposed to help healing. For my daughter the first flair up was the worst, the Times after were not as bad....flares up every time she grows. Wear only tennis shoes.

    state champion in one event repeating because she doesn't have solid skills in all 4 events for next level.....tough but true it happens
