Off Topic Doing track/field in addition to gymnastics?

I do track and gymnastics, although I did rank pretty high up in running, gymnastics AND track was a bit to much. I had a hard time juggling the practices for both sports AND school. right now I run track 3 days a week and gymnastics 5 days a week.

coach and other gymnasts are lazy

im new to this site. But I just wanna put in my 2 cents. at my gym the coaches are pretty on top of it. If the other gymnasts are fooling around work on your own skills and strength conditioning cause 1. it might motivate them and 2. you will be soooooo much better than them. keep up the good work!
