You could have her do them all on different days. To pick one I think number 1 is the best. It works not only ab muscles but also shoulder muscles which is important for presses.
I know this sounds stupid but run and when you get close to the vault hurdle and just go. If you really think about it you will not get hurt. The worse that will happen is you land on your butt.
I know that u might think this is a little dramatic but ask the doc if a boot would help. One of my teammates had severs for two years and her parents ask if a boot would help it heal quicker so they tried it for two weeks and it was much better:)
