My DD (training Level 4) is all of a sudden having a mental block with her squat on. She won't jump to high bar. Last month, she was practicing it just fine, then stopped. Does anyone have any advice to get her over this obstacle? I am thinking maybe a private lesson???
I'm just curious, with the change in Compulsory season, how will Level 4 and 5 compete after States in December? Do you continue to compete the same level after competing at States? Or do you just end meet season?
My DD just competed her first season Xcel Bronze. She did very well. She now wants to jump over Level 3 and go to Level 4. I think that she has the skills needed but am wondering if this would be a good move or not. Does she need to spend a season learning more about form and precise moves on...
