My gym is currently closed. I don't know how long I will be out of the gym. What should I do in order to keep my skills up (besides stretch, condition, and do like easy skills in my house)?
I am having a team sleep over consisting of five level 6 gymnasts. This sleepover is hosted at my house and I live in a small townhouse (its big for a town house). Does anyone have any ideas that are either not at home or outside? Thanks!
I have a competition in 5 practices and I just got my roundoff on high beam (its still kinda bad). I feel slightly pressured (not sure by whom) to compete a cartwheel roundoff series at the meet but I am still afraid of the roundoff alone on high beam. Any advice?
