So I'm a retired gymnast but I'm trying to keep all the floor and bars skills I had as they'll come in handy while I transition into American Ninja Warrior training. (Yes my goal is to get on the show maybe someday not sure yet).

I've lost 5lbs unintentionally in the last week alone. Haven't changed my eating or exercise habits. Also been ridiculously nauseous. My doctor is pretty certain I have gastroparesis and I was wondering if there is anyone else dealing with this. Any tips?
