You can do the drill where you let go and roll onto the wedge mat. we set ours up at the pit bar so it takes a while to get it all situated but I think it helps for sure! and if you are short, you may able to raise the low bar all the way up and do them with a spot on the low bar which is how...

Does anybody know what percent of gymnasts at state make regionals for xcel platinum in region 8? i know they cut a lot of numbers last year compared to the year before but i cant even find those numbers. please let me know if anybody finds it

Today’s meet was pretty good! I completely freaked out on floor and had zero set for my back tuck… but other than that i’m happy with how i did! Vault-9.3 Bars-8.9 Beam-9.15 Floor-8.85 AA-36.2 (made my goal of a 36) I’m pretty happy with how I did so yay!!
