I can now successfully do a backbend kickover off a wall!
I know it's a really small accomplishment, but I'm getting there

So a few days ago, I made a video of my backbend and of me trying to kick over from an exercise ball. If anyone could give me some tips or advise, I would greatly appreciate it.

so i have very flexible shoulders and back and have my backbend down.
i am working towards kicking over from my backbend, and then learning a back walkover, but keep getting stuck.
i can kick over fine when someone is spotting me, but by myself i get scared and just kind of lift my leg in the...
our levels are according to CanGym here...so it may be a little different lol
im in intermediate, and working on my purple badge (level 5)
im kind of at a low level for my age, but thats from taking all those years off :(

i took gymnastics when i was 8-11 then quit and started ballet.
i am now back into it and couldn't be happier!
i am 14 years young, and a girl.
