    Need help thinking out a situation... daughter crying.

    drills to improve jumps & vault sprint

    Anyone have good (maybe even fun) drills to help my daughter improve her jumps (straight & split) and her sprint to vault. She isn't a great runner... her form on the handstand flatback looks great, but her run earns a lot of deductions. Thanks!

    Crooked Back Handspring

    Maybe this has already been discussed, but I can't find a way to do a specific search in the forums (??). My daughter has a pretty nice back handspring, except that lately she is always going crooked on it. Are there any drills or suggestions to help her straighten it out? :confused: Thanks!
