I collect quotes so I'll probably be revisiting this thread, but one of my favorites is the following by Avril Lavigne: "Don't like me for who I am? Then you don't like me for who I am. How tall are you!?!?!?

I'm 5'5" now and I'm 23. I'm probably at a level 0 haha. I've basically had to start almost completely over. When I did gymnastics when I was younger (6th, 7th, and 9th grades) I think I got up to a level 3, my height ending up probably between 5'3" and 5'4", I'm not sure.

    Stress

That may not be the whole reason for your anxiety in the gym, but it may contribute. Often we can be subconsciously anxious about something, and it is possible to be excited and anxious at the same time. Don't overanalyze it though.

    Stress

A lot of sound advice has been given. I agree, definitely talk with your coach. She may have ideas to help you with the anxiety and to help you build up your strength and endurance. Definitely work on conditioning at home. When doing a conditioning routine at home, don't force yourself to do...

    sprained pinky toe--what should i do/avoid?

Thanks. I definitely have been buddy tapping the toe, and I also figured out if I tape/wrap my foot around the front/balls of my foot, it helps me put less pressure on that foot automatically, which I hope will speed the healing. I'm also icing it occasionally and trying to keep it elevated when...
