    MAG Hard mens conditioning

I'm specifically trying to get my shoulders stronger.. just to strengthen my planche conditioning. Since my coach does not condition me I have to condition myself, and figure out what to do. It is difficult to come up with new exercises. I'm in decent shape, and I'm looking to struggle a little...

i'm not the best at peach elements. I saw there is like a free hip on bar type element, which is difficult but you can straddle it making it almost like a stalder on one bar. So I'll try that and see how it goes

MAG ideas for a pbar mount?

I'm somewhat tall 5'10 and iI'm pretty good at the tippelt tap but i cant pike down at the end because I hit the ground. And moy's are difficult for me because when i go down my legs are bent and when i open them they fly right up. Since I am pretty flexible this season I did a straddled side...

MAG Manna and Manna to vsit press

Similar to my last question in MAG in my floor routine after my second pass i want to do a manna press which is a D. but then before my last pass i want to hold a manna lower to a v-sit and press to handstand out of v-sit so I'd get a .3 for manna and .3 for v-sit to handstand. MAG Endo Full and Piked Endo Full both to el grip

I was wondering if you do normal endo full spin to el grip and then piked endo full spin to el grip do you only get ONE D? or 2 D's? because in the code it only shows the one endo. so I was wondering if there is a point to put both in the routines?

MAG Coaches, what do you think about taking time off?

The gymnastics life is not going to be like a normal kids life. He's gonna want to be like others, but he has to decide what is more important- being like everyone else-- or having the special talent of gymnastics. Before you win, yoou sometimes need to learn to lose. I had a period of time...

MAG Any rather easy C's on pommel horse or parallel bars?

Im looking for maybe an easy C to throw into my pommel routine or pbar routine. Or if anyone knows drills for a yamawaki to support on pbars (Bwd. uprise and salto fwd. p. to sup.) that would be great. thanks

    Minimal training hours

I think 25 hours is good, do an hour of condititoning/stretching during the practice and 3 hours of practice. 5 hours on saturdays. you never want to over train you need your body to heal so that you can make progress throughout the week.
