    PLEASE help with tucks!

    I trying to learn how to do front tucks and back tucks. They look pretty good except i cant get enough height. So in other words, if I were to try a back tuck on floor without a spotter, I would land probably flat on my face. HOW DO I GET HEIGHT IN MY TUCKS??:confused:

    kip conditioning!

    I have a christmas break from now until next year, and I wanna condition in that time to help me get my kip. Does anyone know of any conditioning exercises I can do at home to help do my kip? How many a day?

    First meet of the season tomorrow!!

    Help! beam handstand trouble

    So my handstands on beam used to be perfectly vertical and then one day, i guess i twisted accidently and missed the beam. It didnt hurt or anything, but i guess it just scared me and now i can't do them anymore! I can do them on low beam fine, but when i get to the actual beam i freak out and...
