    Coming back in...

    I have taken the summer off to pursue horses. Now let me ask How hard is it to come back into shape. I'm not any high level or anything just a Rec girl for now. but i did have my squat on. I also have fear of vault. I dont know how to get over it?!:confused: HELP!

    First Practice !

    Went great! we practiced for an hour... worked on bars I just did basics IE support. and I did a pullover with a spot and a somersault dismount(ithink?) without a spot... so thats fun.. vault i just worked on punching and landing on the vault.. and safe landing.. did some beam. worked on walking...

    Backwards block

    I Know that I should just let go and go backwards and I keep telling myself jsut do it. and it gets worse. What should I do?! I'm old for starting gymnastics and I really want. And I can't have anything slow up my progress.

    Hi! I am 14 years old and want to start gymnastics. I am willing to work really hard. Will I be able to make it at the competitive level? or not. All input would be appreciated.
