    Giant problem

    I don't know why but i cant to a giant. I'm not even that scared of doing them its just, every time i get a spot my arms bend and i end up just doing a three quarter giant. I need some help on how to keep my arms straight so that i can go around and make my giant! Please help.

    I would say your level 4 because you need to do a round off back handspring on the floor, a cartwheel on the high beam, a front handspring vault onto the floor not a mat.     7 yr olds - back tuck advice/drills

    Just have them do some back tucks off mats or on the tramp. Then just spot them and tell them to set before they flip and they should be fine to go : )
