Hip Popping?

Hi everyone! Recently I have noticed that whenever I do push away kips on bars, my hip kinda pops and when I fling my leg or push on it for a while, it feels normal again and I guess goes back in place? But it's starting to happen more and more, like when doing splits and normal low bar kips. Any ideas on how to help it or is this a normal thing? Thanks!
 
It might be a tendon snapping over your hip flexor, oldest had this and it was fixed with soem physio and stretcing. DO get it checked out!
 
Mine did that too when i was learning drop kips! Whenever I'd lift my leg in a straddle it would pop, but mine hurt after awhile. You may want to start conditioning your hip flexors so they're strong enough. My hip flexors are really weak now and I realized I probably compensated with my back. So my advice is start conditioning your hip flexors and lower back and abs.
