Meet Director Fee?

How much should a Meet Director get paid for a 3 day, 9 session, meet?

did this person do all the work leading up to the competition? and then ran the competition? if so, about 3 grand. if not, 300.

Meet directors in our area usually get paid per gymnast entered in the meet (and do all the lead up work and run the meet, scoring sytem, etc.). Ours makes $5 per gymnast plus actual costs(paper,labels,postage etc). A full 3 day meet should have around 600 entrants, so that would be $3000.
