Sole circle... AHH!

I'm working really hard on my sole circle because it's a bonus for my level. I get to about 45 on the bar, and then fall off! How do I get enough power to go all the way around in my sole circle?

P.S, it's the one where you go all the way around on the bar to squat on/pike on position and then jump to the high bar.
