WAG Ankle pain in a L5er

I am NO doctor, but my daughter was having something similar, only when she was doing her floor tumbling. Never hurts outside the gym. Her coach, who is a PT, suggested a Tulli's Cheetah Cup. Problem solved.. Good luck!

Parents A little sad about DDS' gymnastics

I just wanted to say that I have 2 daughters as well that compete. I love that my daughters are in love with this sport, they are learning way more than just gymnastics. (Although I often wonder if the younger is not just following what her sister has always done..) They have great coaches...

It's nice to think that she could compete at a high level at such a young age, but 14 hours in 3rd grade, how...

WAG First competition - what would you regard as a good result?

I like these answers.. Doing everything a little cleaner..my DD can flip like a champ but working on the gracefulness.. I just want a smile on her face at the end of the meet and even if one event doesn't go her way, she's happy to improve on something... and happy to go to dinner...

Parents Optional level at minimal hours?

My just turned 8 year old daughter was just told she is moving to Excel, 12 hours. Our level 6 and 7's do 14 hours. I'm really having a hard time understanding what Excel even is? I always wonder how my daughter will balance so many hours with school, friends and everything else...
