I'm looking for a division 1 gymnastics team that is not so good and a college that will except a gpa of about a 2.5. I want to do college gymnastics but I'm not good enough to go to Florida, Arizona, or ucla. Also division 2 schools will be okay too. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks everyone
Hello everyone
I have been working on toe on front dismounts for a few months now and it is pretty good but I am just stuck. Right before I land on the ground I open up and land feet first then onto my butt. This happens every time. Whenever I do it into the pit it's fine but then I go onto a...
hi everyone
in my gym, one of the coaches does not allowed you to wear a brace with out a doctors note but other coaches dont care. this coach is a level 5 and 6 coach and when she sees someone with a brace and no doctors note she makes them take it off.
it sounds pretty reasonable except for...
I'm just wondering because I have a lot of back up grips and braces and everyone says I'm crazy haha.
I have 2 pairs of grips, 3 pairs of wrist guards (tiger paws), an ankle brace, my tape bag with about 4 rolls of tape and 4 pre wrap because I have to tape my ankle everyday under the brace, a...
I was trying to watch people's series at a meet a few days ago and I wondered are the people that do a lame cartwheel roundoff scored the same as the people that do cool series like I saw a roundoff back handspring. At my gym you aren't allowed to do roundoff except for a dismount or series that...

I don't know if other people experience this but at meets when heavier gymnasts that aren't as good compete they often get higher scores than me. Anyone else see this?
