I'm pretty sure both are of "d" value (the bail is only a "d" if you do it from hs to hs) so in terms of difficulty they are both the same. I normally see younger girls or girls that are very flexible perform pac's. and then bails I see more for older gymnasts, but homestly it all depends on...
i tumbled without tiger paws until level 8 but then i started getting wrist pains and i began to use them. They are honestly a blessing and protect my wrists from overuse. I reccomend using them if you're more advanced in gymnastics and if you have wrist pain.
i have velcro and they work very nice because they are very easy to adjust. I have never used buckle grips though so i can't really compare which are best but velcro are very adjustable. And i also had the problem where in the middle of a routine my velcro would come off so i began using...
I'm a level 9 gymnast and I recently began to rip on my wrists, and i think it may be from my cotton wristbands. I've heard that neoprene wristbands help with preventing wrist rips. I dont know if i should get them though so i'd like to hear your opinions on whether neoprene or cotton work...

Ok so I'm a level 8/9 gymnast and as I advance I realize how much we are in need of a pit. My parents worry becuase they don't want us to get hurt learning new skills and I feel like we could advance so much with a pit. Not having a pit I feel has made me not advance as fast I could've with one...
