My dd struggles with fear too. It's difficult to remove yourself. I try not to watch and only talk about it if she brings it up. It's heartbreaking because I know she wants to move past it and she tries so hard. I wish the best to you and your dd!

Thank you! :)I read your post on vestibular and it makes sense! How should I approach her coach about this? I try to stay out of the coach/athlete relationship. He really feels like time away from the gym will help. What would you do or say to her as if you were her coach?
