Hello. Posting again (sorry have just found thus website) we are trying to work out even thoigh my dd is tightening/squeezing her knees they are naturally 'knobbly'she has long slim legs. Should she be stretching quads/hamstring/ hipflexors? Thanks

My daughter competed and had an amazing comp (clean on everything and very few wobbles) yet she didn't place. Her disappointment is heartbreaking because to her she did her best and cleanly (more so tha other gymnasts and harder skills) yet wasn't reflected on placings. I'm not from the gym...
