Injuries to the hands or wrist

In the last 2 years I have broke my right hand and sprained my left. I have also had problems with my wrist giving out. I was wondering if there is any stretch or exercise I would be able to do in order to avoid further injury or to strengthen my hands and wrist.

I looked back at old threads and saw a lot of discussion on Tiger Paws v. Golden Hands brands which helped a lot. I'm not even sure if Golden Hands has this option, but Tiger Paws has waterproof and non-waterproof. The comments on the website said that the waterproof are less slippery and...

3 weeks and a day ago DS fell at school recess. He was playing tag, running on concrete. Another kid (not playing tag) kicked a ball, it rolled in front of DS as he ran by, he tripped on it. Another kid told him that he "looked like Superman for a few seconds". So apparently he flew through...

Pain in shoulders, knees, femurs, wrists, lower back, Achilles, calves?

Is it normal to have pain all over after gymnastics and tumbling? I'm just always in pain as long as I'm in the sport. I need skills that hurt my back to make team and pain will not get in the way of my goals. It feels like I tore stuff.
