Does anyone know of any quick and effective at-home ab workouts? I'm pretty lazy and need to start working out at home a little.

This is a cheerleading one (I know ironic)...but it works well!

hold on to under your couch or something that you are laying down that you can hold on pull yourself out while holding on bring your toes to your hand and do a leg lift 50times. repeat 10 times taking a30 second break in between

The acro team at my gym atm are obsessed with "Sally up Sally down" it's a song and you goose an exersizes e.g push-ups, squats etc. when the music says Sally up
You go up when it says Sally down you go down. Just an idea
