^^^ chiro's can be useful. but NO torsion/rotational adjustments to the low back for the condition described by mariposa. not until certain orthopaedic conditons are ruled out by ortho M.D.:)

Ours doesn't do that, she uses a gentle spring-loaded apparatus that adjusts the vertebrae. Also, get a good orthopedist!!! The first one we used, because stupid medicaid only allows certain drs, RUINED my daughter's arm. Her arm will never be straight. The next one we had to see was top-notch, used a team and was very professional. Unfortunately, that clinic closed before surgery could be performed. The next one we used we researched first, and were very satisfied. He did the best he could to salvage her elbow, and its because he cared so much that she was able to continue training. And its because of dd that he enrolled his daughter in gymnastics, and now she is training level 7!!! Anyway, hope the injury heals quickly without a lot of trouble. Good luck!
