I know a few of you have mentioned using resistance bands to help athletes who struggle with pull-ups, does anyone happen to have a picture of what you've thrown together?
I have a handful of girls who really just cannot get the hang of pull-ups, no matter how hard they try they just can't seem to get past about 5 and the lack of strength is becoming more and more evident as they move on to harder skills on bars. Likewise, if anyone has any supplemental strength they have found helpful that would also be welcome!
