Bangs and "Meet Hair"?

Our gym requires high ponytail with ringlets. I gel and roll dd's hair the night before a meet and she sleeps in the curlers. The next day it's lots and lots of hair spray. When my older dd competed, she had short hair that couldn't be curled so I did a half ponytail and hairspray.
