Hi all,
Recently I was going thru old photos/videos of DD's gym meets and noticed that through the years, her foot seems flatter and flatter. 5 years ago, she had a strong arch and very pointed toe. Now she still has an arch (flatter than before) but her pointed toe is not that strong. She is getting dinged a bit on floor and beam for the not great pointed toes. I know arch and toe point are connected. Is there anything she can do about this? I did take her to an orthopedist a few years ago for a bad case of Severs, and he told me her arch was in the normal range. But her foot seems to be getting flatter. She is 11 years old level 8.

Thanks for your response! I don't think it's too late. She doesn't have any symptoms or pains yet. I'm sending this article to head coach so it can be nipped in the bud!
