One thing I love about our boys' program is that the program director (who probably knows all you old timers) hauls out the swinging rings videos and shows them to the boys every summer so that they can understand the roots of their sport.

Not all of the parents love this, for obvious reasons

if everyone recalls my previous posts on my childhood as a gymnast, i told you that i had the most fun and memorable upbringing in the sport that anyone could've ever had. i wouldn't trade those days for anything. and we pioneered the sport so that your kids could reap the improvements as we evolved.
