Thanks in advance

P.S sorry if i made another thread on this (I looked for it this morning and apparently i didn't so i re-made it)

You are snapping like a flyspring on floor...pike to arch. This is causing you to over rotate. Don't reach your feet for the ground...just stay straight and wait for the landing. Your feet need to be in front of you to land a front handspring vault...not under you or behind you.

that^^^and the table is too low. looks like it is at 115 AND no underarm/sidearm swing.

Table is too low. You have to reach down and pike to get to it. This leads to the flyspring actions JBS mentioned.
Your arms should be lower and circling as dunno stated.
Don't look for the ground or try to put your feet down. This usually makes you over rotate.

It was 110cm and I train on 115cm I vault well on 115 I think you might have found the problem beacause i don't train on that height either. thanks for all the tips :)
